Fees

Our fees are tailored to your individual requirements so these prices are for guidance only:

WILLS
Standard single Will - £150.00 plus VAT

Standard 'mirror' Will - £250.00 plus VAT
Mirrored wills are two, virtually identical wills where one person in a couple leaves their estate to the other in the event of their passing away.

Wills involving a Family Asset Protection Trust - £350.00 plus VAT

A typical timescale for completion of a Will is two weeks from initial appointment to signing the Will.

LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEY (LPA)
One LPA for Property & Financial Affairs or Health & Welfare - £300.00 plus VAT and disbursements*

Two LPAs (If an individual client requires both a Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare LPA, or if a couple each require either a Property & Financial Affairs or a Health & Welfare LPA)
£500.00 plus VAT and disbursements*

Four LPAs (When a couple require both types of LPA)
£800.00 plus VAT and disbursements*

Grant of Probate for a straight forward estate - £650 plus VAT and disbursements*

Assent of unregistered property - £300.00 plus VAT and disbursements*

*Disbursements are fees a solicitor has to pay to third parties to help prepare your documents.

A typical timescale is three months from initial appointment until registration.
