Richard Carlin - Director

Richard is a Director and has worked for the company since 2009. He is a sought-after solicitor in the firm’s Hyde office and divides his time equally between the Criminal and Family Departments.

As a Family Law solicitor, Richard specialises in dealing with financial settlements following relationship breakdown. In the Criminal department, Richard is recognised to be an effective and reputed advocate in the Magistrates' Court. He is accredited on the Duty Solicitor and Police Station panels.

Richard completed his Law Degree at Newcastle University and graduated with a Commendation from his Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
